Riya is this year’s World Pen-Champ: the winner selected from each year’s First Place victors as the best handwriter of all.

First Place: Janie Lin, Yongkang District, Tainan, Taiwan
In 2022 and 2023, Janie Lin was the winner for Artistic Handwriting – age 8-12, and was also the World PEN-Champ for both years. She is now a three-time Triple Crown Winner, listed permamently on the World Handwriting Contest Triple Crown Lifetime Winners page.
